Bag Buddy is a heavy bag training app for iOS. Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains what information the app collects, how it is used, and what choices you have.
Workout data. Bag Buddy stores your session history (date, discipline, mode, number of rounds, round duration, and combos delivered) locally on your device using standard iOS storage. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to any server.
Health data. If you grant permission, Bag Buddy writes workout summaries (activity type, duration, and estimated calories) to Apple Health. This data is governed by Apple's privacy policy and is controlled entirely by you through the iOS Health app. Bag Buddy does not read any health data — it only writes.
Notifications. If you enable daily training reminders, Bag Buddy schedules local notifications on your device. These are generated entirely on-device and do not involve any external service or server.
Bag Buddy does not collect, store, or transmit any of the following:
Personal information (name, email, phone number) — location data — device identifiers — usage analytics — crash reports — advertising identifiers.
There are no accounts, no sign-ins, and no servers. The app works entirely offline.
Bag Buddy does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. The only external framework used is Apple Health (HealthKit), which is governed by Apple's own privacy policy.
All data is stored locally on your device. You can delete your session history at any time within the app. Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data. Health data written to Apple Health can be deleted through the iOS Health app.
Bag Buddy does not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13. The app does not collect personal information from any user.
If this privacy policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised date. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
